2. Intensive Live Sessions (5 Days = Approx. 15–20 Hours)

  • Interactive sessions with expert facilitators (3–4 hours per day)

    • Peer learning and practical insights

3. Integration Project (Approx. 3–6 Hours)

  • Completed independently by each participant
  • Direct application of learning to a real organizational challenge

CONTEXT

 

In an uncertain economic environment, SME performance depends directly on the quality of decision-making and the strength of management practices.

Today, many organizations face challenges such as:

  • Highly centralized decision-making
  • Limited management structure and processes
  • Insufficient use of performance indicators and data-driven management

The result: operational inefficiencies, avoidable losses, reduced productivity, and slower business growth.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE

 

Develop EXECUTIVES who can:

PAIEMENT

 

Full payment is required upon registration to confirm participation. An invoice will be issued at the time of registration.


This training program may be eligible under Quebec’s Act to Promote Workforce Skills Development and Recognition (the “1% Training Law”) for organizations with annual payrolls subject to the legislation.

Available Discounts:

 

  • Non-profit organizations: 15% discount 
  • Government organizations: 10% discount 
  • Group registrations (3 or more participants from the same organization): 10% discount

Special rate:

  

For SMEs with fewer than 100 employees and annual revenues below CAD $2 million, a subsidized rate representing an 80% reduction ($895 per participant instead of the regular fee of $5,995) may be available, subject to funding )

CAPSTONE PROJECT

  

  Apply the program's concepts and tools to a real business challenge within your organization. 


 CAPSTONE PROJECT

To reinforce learning and ensure practical application within the workplace, participants are required to complete a Capstone Project.


The Capstone Project is designed to:

  • apply the program’s concepts and tools to a real business context
  • structure an improvement initiative tailored to the organization’s needs
  • generate tangible and measurable business results

The Capstone Project must be submitted within three (3) weeks following completion of the program.


It represents a key component of the learning journey, enabling participants to translate knowledge into action and transform management practices within their organizations.

Certification

 

CERTIFICATION

Participants who successfully complete the program and submit their Capstone Project will receive a Certificate of Completion.


The certificate recognizes the participant’s commitment to developing the leadership, management, and execution capabilities required to enhance organizational performance and drive sustainable growth.
